Bill Miller was the very first varsity football coach at Servite. He only coached one year, 1960, but took his young team to the CIF Southern Section, Small Schools championship game where they tied Santa Ynez and became the CIF Small Schools Co-champions. He was succeeded by George Dena and Frank Doretti, who were co-coaches the following year.

While at Servite, Coach Miller compiled a record of 8-2-2.
